Southerly LoSo does not currently offer short-term or month-to-month lease options. Our long-term lease terms are designed for residents who want to create a lasting home in Charlotte’s Lower South End, providing stability and community connection. 

Yes, every apartment home at Southerly LoSo includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. You can handle laundry from the comfort of home without the hassle of shared facilities or additional expenses. 

Your monthly rent includes access to your apartment home as well as all of the community amenities and resident perks. Enjoy full use of the pool, fitness center, coworking spaces, and social lounges, all designed to support a balanced, modern lifestyle in Charlotte.

Southerly LoSo partners with Whitesky to deliver high-speed internet services throughout the community. This ensures residents enjoy reliable connectivity and fast streaming whether you’re working from home or relaxing after a long day. 

Yes, residents pay standard monthly community fees to maintain quality services and amenities. These include Trash Valet Service ($35 per month), Pest Control Fee ($5 per month), and a Technology Bundle Fee ($55 per month). Additional fees may apply. Rent can be paid easily through the online resident portal using ACH transfer, credit, or debit card. You can also set up automatic payments to ensure your rent is always paid on time with minimal effort.

Yes. Southerly LoSo is a pet-friendly apartment community in Charlotte featuring a dog park and pet spa with bathtubs and dryers. Our dog park offers a secure, fenced area where dogs can play and socialize off-leash. It’s one of the community’s most popular features for pet owners and adds to the overall pet-friendly lifestyle at Southerly LoSo. 

There is a one-time pet fee of $350 for one pet and $550 for two pets, along with monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. These fees help maintain our clean, welcoming, and pet-friendly environment for all residents. Visit our Community Fees page for the most up-to-date information.

Yes. Southerly LoSo welcomes service animals in accordance with federal and state regulations. Proper documentation is required, and our team is happy to assist with any related accommodation. 

The leasing office is located on the first floor at the corner of Scaleybark Road and South Boulevard. Future residents can park in designated guest parking within the garage, accessible directly from Scaleybark Road for easy visits and tours. 

While there are no weight restrictions, certain breeds are not permitted. Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terrier (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, or any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the mentioned breeds.
