Pet Deposit and Fees:
Non-refundable Pet Fee: $350 for one pet/$550 for two pets
Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet/month
No weight limit.
No exotic animals allowed. 

Breed Restrictions:
Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terrier (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog. * Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the mentioned breeds.
